We provide a wide variety of self-manufactured machines, all of the features can be tailored and the screen can be customized to the customer’s specific needs and wants. We are also able to offer personalized screen designs that can replace the old machine without the need to remodel the steel basic structures or redo the chute chambers.
Available options: anti-industrial dust protection, availability to work in a wet or dry environment, feasibility to adjust new screens to the old machine’s mountings already in works by the client, possibility to use liners for materials with high abrasion resistance indexes.

In our screens there is a possibility to choose the type of movement, screen shape and the tilt angle of the screen depending on the requirements – it’s all fully customizable purchase.
Modular construction
Thanks to the modular design and the use of huck-bolt technology, assembly and disassembly of the machine is much simpler and allows the machine to be installed in hard to reach places. With the use of the huck-bolt technologies, the screen strength is going to gain increased endurance because the stress coming from welding has been eliminated. Thanks to the use of a properly constructed feeding hopper, the material is gently fed to the screens, which significantly increases the service life of the screens, screen structures and increases the efficacy of the process.
