GJ TOGGLE CRUSHERS

Thanks to using state-of-the-art, cheap in engineering operation and efficient GJ crushers the mobile sets are more economical, reliable and inexpensive when using.

PG VIBRATING FEEDER

PG Vibrating feeders are used in these sets in order to provide pre-screening of the finer materials on a single or double screen, depending on the customer’s needs, which makes the efficiency of the whole structure way more powerful.

Driving Gears and Operating the machine

There is a possibility to either use electric or combustion driving gears. The set is equipped in a system overload controller , which turns the feeder off following an overload prompt from the crusher.

Magnetic separator

The magnetic separator has been used in order to eliminate all of the non-metallic inclusions.

Longer periods between repairs

The mobile crushers use state-of-the-art construction materials, which prolong the parts’ lifetime cycle and reduce the machine’s weight. Crusher’s spare parts are designed to be easily replaced with small lifting devices, which are usually supplied as accessories for the crusher.
