Capacity:
Increased speed of the main bushing, enhanced engine power, modified cones’ shape: all of it significantly improves the performance and efficiency of our crushers.
Disassembly:
Thanks to many years of experience in machine construction and repair we were able to design crushers easier to assembly and disassembly.
Protection:
Overload protection and gap setting. Thanks to the gear system, the gap adjustment is safer and more precise. The GC crushers use uncrushable materials and triple overload protection system: mechanical (springs), hydraulic (cylinders), and electric.
Lifetime cycle:
Longer periods between repairs The GH crushers use state-of-the-art construction materials, which prolong the parts’ lifetime cycle and reduce the machine’s weight. Crusher’s spare parts are designed to be easily replaced with the use of small lifting devices.
